Patient Care Support & Authorization Services (PCSAS)
PCSAS provides mobile, non-clinical documentation and authorization support to assist healthcare organizations, care teams, patients, and families with the completion and facilitated execution of required healthcare forms, based solely on information and direction provided by legally authorized parties, within regulated care environments.
PCSAS services are delivered in coordination with existing care teams and established workflows and are limited to administrative, logistical, and documentation support functions. PCSAS does not provide medical, legal, or clinical advice and does not make care, treatment, or authorization decisions.
PCSAS supports healthcare documentation needs by:
- Facilitate completion of pre-existing forms
- Support execution of documents as directed
- Coordinate logistics (mobile, timing, presence)
